At Reusable Grocery Bags, we want you to love your purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind. If there is any issue with your order, we’re here to help. Find all the details you need below.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order, ensuring you have ample time to decide if the bag is right for you. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you need a different size, colour, or style. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at clariza.reasonda@myunfc.ca to discuss available options and arrange the exchange. Please note that all exchanges are subject to item availability.
